LumenVox has an opening for a career-defining role in the evolving field of voice technology.  We are looking for a product maven to drive the product marketing efforts for a rapidly growing speech and voice biometric software company.  If you are a curious, self-motivated product marketing manager with experience developing strategies and content that communicate the benefits of exciting new products and capabilities, this is the role for you.  You will create customer-facing product materials in various forms to generate awareness and demand for our market-leading platform.  You will encourage existing users to try new features and expand the overall value they receive from LumenVox. You will interact with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management regularly as you review anticipated features and develop launch strategies and customer-facing content. You will also play a vital role in helping our field teams understand the benefits and value propositions for new capabilities and work together with them to generate a scalable and repeatable selling strategy.

As the Product Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop messaging to describe the differentiated value of our platform and its unique features for key target audiences.
  • Arm sales and marketing teams with crucial information that enables them to prove the value of our products and latest releases.
  • Understand audiences, their challenges, market trends, and changing buying criteria and communicate this throughout the company.
  • Gather, consolidate, and distill information about key competitors and create favorable positioning.
  • Assess product roadmap and key initiatives to create communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
  • Engage with sales teams and provide use cases around the value of our portfolio, especially for AI, ML, and new product releases.
  • Coordinate the development of value-oriented launch materials that help sales, marketing and partners communicate value and application of software capabilities.

The education and experience you will need:

  • 3 - 5+ years product marketing experience - software or analytics experience strongly preferred
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Business degree strongly preferred.
