LumenVox is seeking an experienced (remote) OEM Sales Executive that is interested in joining a high energy team to help drive LumenVox’s technology sales efforts. You will be part of a high-caliber team that is experiencing rapid growth as our technology “stack” approach continues to evolve and expand to become the speech experience engine of choice.  Have a XaaS rolodex, as well as a passion for driving a game changing market position is a must, as you will be a key component of LumenVox 2.0. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing Strategic accounts in North America.
  • Customer engagement:  CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, IDaaS experience required
  • Proven successful ability to sell $500K+ licensing deals to target market segments (XaaS)
  • Ability to develop relationships, position, and sell to CPO/Product Managers
  • Experience in managing complex selling engagements that require coordination of LumenVox technical resources (Development, Sales Engineering, Product)
  • Speech/Voice Recognition technology licensing experience is a must
  • Global vision, creativity and long-term planning ability required.
  • Work independently, complete tasks conscientiously, and meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Strong understanding of how to maintain and evolve both direct and indirect relationships for your strategic account list
  • Highly proficient with Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.

 

Enhancing knowledge

  • Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape and products.
  • Maintain and articulate understanding of market directions, pressures and influences.
  • Stay up-to-date on LumenVox product features and roadmap.

Documenting, Reporting, and Internal Communications

  • Provide weekly progress report to your manager.
  • Be a disciplined and creative team-player with strong planning and execution skills.
  • Proactive in soliciting customer and market feedback to management and development teams for product enhancements and sales/marketing program needs.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Engineering, Customer Support, Quality Assurance and Marketing teams to identify new product and market opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management to improve sales process.
  • Ensure expense reports are submitted regularly and accurately in compliance with company policy.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to operate in a high energy “start-up” environment with minimal oversight. Excellent data collection and data entry skills are a hard and fast requirement.

 

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree, (MBA, a plus)

7+ years of Technology Licensing/Sales experience
